There's more legal troubles in the "Teen Mom 2" universe after an arrest warrant was issued by police in Pennsylvania for Jenelle Evans' ex-boyfriend Kieffer Delp. The 30-year-old appeared in several of the episodes from the early years of the show and he and Evans had an on-and-off relationship that spanned several years.
Delp is wanted after he stopped showing up for meetings with his parole officer.
He spent nearly two years in prison and is now on probation after being released back in February. Delp was sentenced after being arrested for running a meth lab out of his apartment. The last trace of Delp on social media was a tweet he posted on June 8 in support of George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter movement.
"In my life i been thru it i have hurt ive ive cried so many tears over so many things but these last thousand or so tears ill always remember these cus they are for GEORGE FLOYD," he tweeted.
Evans and Delp dated between 2011 and 2013 and he was a regular on "Teen Mom 2" during that time. Evans' mom strongly disapproved of their relationship because she felt he was a bad influence. Delp has been arrested 15 times for various crimes, most of which are drug related.
The couple briefly rekindled their romance in 2016 after Evans divorced from Nathan Griffith. Not long after that, Evans married David Eason, who has had his own issues with the law.
Eason was arrested on June 12th after he allegedly threatened Evans' friend James Spivey with a pistol and said he would "blow his f--king brains out."
However, the Columbus County Court in North Carolina confirmed that the charges against Eason were dropped last week. Spivey, who was the alleged victim, spoke to The Sun about the court's decision to dismiss the case.
"It wasn't up to myself, or either one of us," he said. "It was in the attorneys' hands. They thought it was the best way to proceed. It is what it is. On behalf of myself, I just am staying away from them."
After the incident went public, Evans -- who shares 3-year-old daughter Ensley with Eason and is also mother to sons Jace, 10, with ex Andrew Lewis, and Kaiser, 5, with ex Nathan Griffith -- took to Facebook to announce she was leaving and taking the kids with her.
She later confirmed that her and the kids were all safe, and then about a week later Evans was back to living with Eason.
