Tekashi 6ix9ine was in Los Angeles over the past week enjoying the city as he visited places such as the downtown area along with Santa Monica. He was also seen with Akon when he first landed off of a private jet. Many people believed that they shot the music video for their “Locked Up 2 ” single. Of course ,6ix9ine did some trolling online while in LA as he claimed that it’s his city and people love him despite the fact that he’s from Brooklyn.
6ix9ine also visited a Nipsey Hussle mural in the city while he was there. Many people such as The Game thought he was trying to be disrespectful but emphasized that he has love for the late LA rapper. People on social media believed that 6ix9ine could have been in danger in LA due to this along with due to people viewing him as a snitch. To no surprise though, he is always loaded with huge security guards around him now so he is highly protected.
On Wednesday, 6ix9ine finally returned to New York City and was met by a large crowd of fans awaiting his arrival. As security was escorting him, a woman fell onto the ground close to 6ix9ine as the crowd let go a surprised reaction. They all then proceeded to follow him in Manhattan. 6ix9ine took to Instagram to post the video and appeared to joke about the woman falling onto the ground so she can get a lawsuit and possibly hit big with money.
“KING OF NEW YORK IS BACK‼️ ” proclaimed 6ix9ine on Instagram. “Lady try to fall in front of me and get a law suit.”
6ix9ine also went back to his King of New York claim which a lot of people in hip-hop and in NYC in general aren’t feeling, either. The case can be made though for him as the hottest rapper in New York right now considering all of the success he’s had again since getting out of prison in April.
The singles that 6ix9ine has released since May are “GOOBA,” “TROLLZ” featuring Nicki Minaj, “YAYA,” and “PUNANI.” Each single has all done amazing streaming numbers as TROLLZ also became his first No. 1 single. That came after he accused Billboard of being biased against him for not putting GOOBA as the No. 1 song in the country. 6ix9ine went on to accuse Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber of paying for streams with six credit cards for their “Stuck With U” single.
