in 2014, 50 Cent was engaged in a discussion with The Guardian's Paul Lester and he gave insight into the meaning of his then album. The album which is titled "Street King Immortal," is a typical example of the way the rapper sees himself. However, there is more to the title that meets the eye.

50 Cent mentioned that he felt immortal, but only when it comes to rap. He went on to say that rap began on the streets of New York, so the name is suiting.

Still speaking about his album, 50 Cent said that the 'Street King' title is powerful to him, because it shows that he embodies rap. However, he was shocked when his other colleagues switched things up in their songs and titles.

According to the "Power" star, Kanye and Jay-Z went from 'King' to a direct equation with god, which he believes he would never do.

Kanye started referring to himself as 'Yeezus' in his songs and soon the name stuck.

However, in Jay-Z's case, he calls himself 'Jay-Hova'.

To 50 Cent, these men see themselves as a god rather than kings.

Furthermore in the interview, Lester asked the rapper if he would describe Kanye and Jay-Z's actions as sacrilegious. He responded by saying that he does not think they meant any harm with the names.

"I don't think they put that much depth into it. I don't think they had negative intentions when they chose those things, but me personally, I believe in a higher power, so I won't really play in that area."

Kanye Found His Faith!

Jay-Z's religious background is unknown because he never talks about it, but Kanye is quite different.

The father-of-four has been outspoken about his religious beliefs for a few years now and it seems like a deep conviction. The rapper came out with this mindset and lifestyle when he released an album titled "Jesus Is King" in late 2019.

The album received a lot of attention, which included criticisms as some people believed that he was joking around. However, as the days turned into weeks and months, Kanye has managed to convinced everyone that he has found his true faith.
