The lawsuits against Oxford High School have officially begun.

The first one came on December 9 by two sisters and honor roll students.

One sister, a senior, was shot in the neck while exiting a restroom with her sister, a freshman.

They are accusing school officials of failing to act appropriately before the shooting.

Alleged shooter, 15-year-old Ethan Crumbley, had visited with officials the morning of the attack.

He had created an “alarming” drawing of a gun, a bullet, and a bleeding stick figure.

His parents “resisted” pulling him out of school and he was allowed to return to class.

There were also threats made on his social media posts that officials were allegedly aware of.

School officials would not comment, as it is still an ongoing investigation.
