In November, Drake and Kanye West shocked the music industry by finally ending their three-year-old feud. This was done by taking a photo together in front of Drake's massive home, next to Houston music mogul J Prince.
That same month, Kanye also revealed that he would be holding a "Free Larry Hoover" benefit concert, which would include Drake as a guest performer. Hoover has been incarcerated since the 70s, due to murder conspiracy, extortion, money laundering, and more. He was co-founder of the Gangster Disciples, which originated in Chicago.
Kanye And Drake Perform At LA Coliseum
Kanye and Drake's Larry Hoover concert was held on Thursday night, at the iconic LA Coliseum. This venue is the home of the USC Trojans, which can hold over 78,400 people.
Kanye came out red-hot in his opening set, by performing some of his greatest songs of all-time. These included "Gold Digger," "Stronger," "Flashing Lights," "Good Life," "Can't Tell Me Nothing," and "All Of The Lights."

Fans Weren't Fond Of Drake's Set
Kanye was the biggest trending topic of the night, at the Free Larry Hoover benefit concert. He went deep in his bag of classics, but this wasn't the same for Drake.
Drake performed records off of his new "Certified Lover Boy" album, such as "Knife Talk," "Girls Like Girls," and the chart-topping "Way 2 Sexy." One record over the last four years that fans in LA and at home did regard as a classic though that Drake performed, was "God's Plan."
On social media, fans let Drake have it by letting know that they weren't feeling his set very much. They begged Drake to perform some more classic records, but that didn't happen until the very end of his set. That came with the performance of Drake's 2009 "Forever" song.

Kanye And Drake's 2018 Feud Was Reignited Three Months Ago
Back in August, it seemed that Drake and Kanye would never put their differences aside. At that time, Drake dissed Kanye while appearing on Trippie Redd's "Betrayal" single. Kanye went on to reportedly call out Drake in a group text chat, which included Drake and Pusha T. Kanye supposedly called Drake a "nerd ass jock."
Kanye also supposedly leaked the address to Drake's Toronto home, on Instagram. That led to Drake putting out a subliminal video response, which only displayed him laughing.
Drake And Kanye Both Released New Albums Within A Week
2021 was a great one for Drake and Kanye fans overall. Both went on to put out new studio albums, in the span of a week. This came from August 29-September 3.
First, Kanye released his Donda project, which was his 10th studio album. That went on to debut at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and became his 10th consecutive number one. The rollout for Donda impressed fans worldwide, as he had three album listening events. Two were held in Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The final listening event occurred at Soldier Field, in Kanye's hometown of Chicago.
Drake then released "Certified Lover Boy," on September 3. That served as his sixth studio album, and also went on to become his six straight number one.
