Sommer Ray‘s 25.3 Instagram million followers aren’t buying the caption to blazing-hot bikini photos of her posted over the weekend. The fitness model and social media sensation, dubbed “Not Your Average Instagram Model” by Forbes in 2018, updated her account on Sunday with a series of bikini-clad selfies and a confession that she’d been “slacking” on the diet and workout front.
Sommer, who made headlines this year for ordering everything off the menu at Chick-Fil-A now sees her fans challenging her words. Check it out below.
Scroll for the photos and the reactions. Sommer, who this summer has eaten In-N-Out and Chick-Fil-A in the same day, posted a series of home snaps in a super-cute and leaf-print green bikini from her Sommer Ray’s Shop clothing and swim range. The Colorado native whose IG is packed with grueling workouts wrote:
“I’ve really slacked my diet & workout ish for the past 2 years but i’m really ready to go hard again.. lettttts gooo ? if you wanna get the best bod of your liiiiife with me, hit that link in my bio.”
Sommer, who had posed with her curled hair down and cheekily showing off her insanely-toned booty in front of a mirror, quickly gathered comments. The ex to Machine Gun Kelly saw a popular reply zero in on her arm – “What happened to your arm?” the user wrote.
“It’s a birthmark,” Ray replied.
As to those viewing one of the fittest girls on Instgram complaining she’s been “slacking,” there appeared to be some friction. “She was slacking? She look slim as hell,” one fan wrote. Over 120 users agreed.

Sommer, whose fans often complain that she doesn’t respond to comments, had gone all out with the fan interaction. A user complaining they had stretch marks and asking if Sommer has any found themselves responded to as Ray replied: “Yess I do but I use bio oil to help soften them.”
The envy was all there, though. “To be that mirror,” one fan wrote. The user questioning whether Ray had been “slacking” also got a reply: “Exactly, I need more gaiiiiinz.”
More after the video of Sommer aged just 19.
Sommer began competing in bodybuilding competitions aged just 16. When she spoke to Forbes in 2018, she said:
“I worked hard for my body. I’ve sculpted it. I’m not going to just keep it in the garage. If you have a Ferrari you’re going to drive it.”
Fast cars are something this girl knows well. Earlier this year, Sommer made headlines for pushing a Lamborghini in a tight micro dress and high heels as part of a quarantine Instagram video. Scroll for it.
