Dua Lipa has laryngitis
The British pop star was due to perform at Z100’s iHeart Radio Jingle Ball in New York on December 10.
Sadly, she will be a ‘no-show’ and apologized to her fans.
Dua took to her Instagram Story writing, “As most of you know I’m currently suffering laryngitis and have been on vocal rest per my doctor’s orders. I was hoping for a faster recovery, but unfortunately, I’m still under the weather and unable to perform at the iHeartRadio Z100 Jingle Ball.”
She expressed her sincere disappointment.
“I’m extremely disappointed, I was really looking forward to kicking off the holiday season performing at this year’s Jingle Ball. I’m so sorry I won’t be there to celebrate the season with all my fans, but I hope you enjoy the rest of the amazing lineup for you all. Sending my love to you all,” she concluded.

Ed Sheeran, the Jonas brothers, Doja Cat, Lil Nas X, Dixie D’Amelio and more are slated to perform during Friday’s show.
While Dua rests her vocal cords, she’s working overtime in the athletics department.

The line is called Flutur, which is the Albanian word for butterfly.

She’s been teasing the collaboration on social media for weeks and fans can expect shrunken baby T-shirts, a sneaker, and a hoodie from the first capsule, with more on the way throughout 2022.
