On Saturday, Leonardo DiCaprio, 45, spent the day on the beach with Camila Morrone, 23, and their friends.
The “Titanic” star looked relaxed while Morrone showcased her fit physique in a black string bikini.
The 23-year-old was first linked to DiCaprio in 2017. But they didn’t make their red carpet debut until earlier this year at the 2020 Academy Awards.
The couple has been spending their quarantine together. In late March, they fostered a puppy named Jack. Morrone shared the news on Instagram with a photo of herself and the dog.
“Fostering a puppy during this quarantine time has been the single best decision. For all my friends showing interest in doing this, DO IT. You won’t regret it❤️❤️❤️❤️ these sweet creatures need you so badly,” she wrote.
A day later, she fostered Jack’s sister so the two could be together.
DiCaprio and Morrone have kept their relationship private over the years. But according to a source, the two are serious.
“They are very close,” a source told People. “Leo has spent 24/7 with Camila for months at his house.”
The insider added, “He is usually very independent, spends lots of time with friends, but because of the lockdown, he has mostly spent time with Camila. He loves being with her.”
Despite their 23-year age gap, they’ve managed to stay out of the limelight. Neither has shared pictures of the other on social media or discussed their relationship in detail.
However, Morrone has defended their age difference.
“There’s so many relationships in Hollywood — and in the history of the world — where people have large age gaps. I just think anyone should be able to date who they want to date,” she told the Los Angeles Times.
The model turned actress also admitted she’d like to be known for her career, and not her relationship status.
“I think more and more now that people are seeing the film [‘Mickey and the Bear’], I’m slowly getting an identity outside of that, which is frustrating, because I feel like there should always be an identity besides who you’re dating,” she continued.
Morrone added, “I understand the association, but I’m confident that will continue to slip away and be less of a conversation.”
The 23-year-old starred in the 2018 movie, “Never Goin’ Back” and the 2019 movie, “Mickey and the Bear.”
DiCaprio has been linked to several A-listers over the years. From Rihanna to Blake Lively to Gisele Bündchen.
But according to reports, his relationship with Morrone is different. In fact, she’s his longest relationship in the last 10 years.
“They’re always together, but like maintaining privacy,” an insider told Us Weekly. “They’re really great for one another and have been enjoying this time together off the grid.”
Morrone is the daughter of Lucila Solá and Maximo Morrone. Her parents divorced when she was young. Solá was in a long-term relationship with Al Pacino, who introduced her to DiCaprio.
