Pop queen Christina Aguilera is only too happy to give other queens their due. And she did Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion a good turn by doing a “WAP”-inspired shot of her in the pool, wearing nothing but white and tons of queenly attitude.
“WAP” is Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion’s latest hit and stands for Wet-A Puy with plenty of other explicit lyrics.
While this has become a controversial song, to say the least, Christina has decided to stand by it and for it. And she does so in a white tee, getting all hot and wet in the pool.
The “Genie In A Bottle” singer has been no prude when it comes to songs herself, and collaborations are a big thing for her.
Who could forget Pink, Li’l Kim, Christina, and Mya do their versions of boudoir girls in the song “Lady Marmalade”. And then there was Christina in her whole Xtina avatar prancing about in bikinis and cutout pants singing “Dirrty”.
Then there was the whole “Bionic” album itself, and Christina was as racy as they come.
Here’s her being racier…
Christina took to the pool in a figure-hugging white tee, a pair of dashing sunglasses and a slash of her trademark lipstick, writing, “#WAP got me feelin some type of way ?”.
Wit over 611,000 likes, fans love how uplifting Christina’s post was, writing, “Queens ? supporting other Queens. Gotta love that”.
Many others were simply slain by Christina’s curves and her forever beauty, commenting, “? Wet dreams are made of this ?”
Don’t know about wet dreams, but here’s what Christina feels are sweet dreams.
To Christina’s feeling some sort of way caption, one fan had the perfect foil to offer, writing, “Umm, XTINA got me feelin some type of way??”.
Other fans decided a collab was in order, begging Christina to whip up some magic with Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion with comments like, “I vote for a WAP (Dirrty version) feat. Xtina✨ anyone else? ??♂️?”.
Another fan wrote, “@iamcardib @theestallion look what you guys are doing ???????????”
More fans are simply moved by all that beauty and that gorgeous heart, writing, “We don’t deserve you.”
Not all fans were all that impressed though because some found “WAP” a bit hard to digest.
Wrote a rather disgruntled follower, “I’m so disappointed with that song and the video. So many impressionable young woman out there ? didn’t leave the best impression on me. Love Cardi but even this was too much for me…”
With many conservative politicians also taking the high road on this song, calling it simply too much, there are plenty who feel that this is the ultimate song of female empowerment.
Watch and decide, but it is NSFW…
