Christie Brinkley is joining the millions of Americans who have discovered a green thumb during the times of the COVID-19 pandemic and she's showing off her amazing harvest after months of hard work. The 66-year-old supermodel took to Instagram on Sunday while wearing a fashionable sunflower mask and holding a colorful woven basket of garden delights.

"6 months ago I decided to create a Victory Garden with the hopes that we would one day be able to share our harvests with our neighbors in need," Brinkley wrote to fans.

Brinkley proudly showed off a beautiful basket of veggies from her home garden and explained where the food was going:

"[I]t was with great joy that I delivered this deep basket of heirloom tomatoes and sweet juicy cherry tomatoes and cucumbers to @heartofthehamptons whose mission is “to help people in our local community who are in need, without discrimination, in a dignified manner."

The supermodel also thanked the Hamptons-based food pantry for their contribution to the community:

"Thank you for all you do in these difficult times," Brinkley wrote.

Heart of the Hamptons was grateful for Brinkley's donation, but she's not the only powerful celebrity who has donated to the organization. They recently touted that "Livin' On A Prayer" rocker Jon Bon Jovi also stepped up during hard times.

"Jon Bon Jovi and his wife, Dorothea, recognized the strain this put on East End food pantries and opened the JBJ Soul Kitchen Food Bank in East Hampton ... We cannot thank JBJ, Dorothea, and Donna enough for all the support they’ve shown our community."

Aside from spending time in her garden, Christie Brinkley has also been resminiscing about the good ol' times when people were allowed to congregate for parties and at nightclubs. Sharing some photos from her Sports Illustrated Calendar launch in 1981 at the famed Club 54, Brinkley was definitely pining or a night of partying.

"Back when Saturday Nights meant Disco the Night Away! This was a party for me at Studio 54! Invitation attached! So raise your glass and LET’s Dance like it’s 1981!"
