The 33-year-old is currently in the upscale Positano region of Italy and on vacation, with The Daily Mail's paparazzi following her every move. Emilia, who shot to fame on the cult TV series via her Daenerys Targaryen role, now sees an overwhelming number of fans concerned – people think Emilia has gotten too skinny.

The Dolce & Gabbana spokesperson was dressed for the Mediterranean heat, seen flaunting her super-slim legs in a tiny, cut-off pair of denim Daisy Dukes with a chic tan belt. Emilia also wore a sleeveless white top that briefly flashed her abs in a snap showing her with raised arms.

COVID is alive and well in Italy despite the country no longer being the pandemic's epicenter. Emilia wore a black face mask, plus a stylish Loewe cross-body bag. She kept her footwear practical in tan flat sandals.

Meanwhile, others, aware that Clarke survived two life-threatening brain aneurysms, mentioned the star's past "health issues." They likewise expressed concern for her well-being. In March 2019, Emilia opened up on her 2011-commenced issues, even revealing she was unable to recall her own name while in intensive care – she underwent surgery after a brain hemorrhage.
