Hilary Duff is in fantastic shape and she's super proud of it!
The "Lizzie McGuire" star unveiled her sneaky hot body on Tuesday. Duff posed in a chic, leopard print, two-piece swimsuit as she snapped a mirror selfie. She gave a coy smile as she had her long blonde hair pulled back in a top knot. She accessorized with a cute gold necklace, dark shades, and AMAZING ABS! The star has been putting in some serious work and it definitely shows... especially when she wears a skimpy bikini.
Duff gave major props and credit to her trainer for kicking her booty and getting her core strong. She penned a lengthy message that encouraged her fans to get in shape too.
"Linda Linda Linda, I’ve still been counting my macros with my man @theflexible.dieting.coach and it’s truly helped me stay lean even while eating bread, chocolate, and wine! I also love my @novobodyofficial fam and grateful I have found what works for me," she wrote.
"I know it’s extra hard to keep up and find normalcy in quarantine but I truly hope you make at least 30 mins a day for yourself to stay connected ♥️ do whatever feels good for you even if it’s not food or fitness related!" Hilary concluded.
Her toned physique came out of nowhere and her famous friends sounded off in the comments.

Turns out that Lizzie McGuire is too hot for tv... at least according to Disney+. Hilary and millions of nostalgic fans were pumped when the reboot to the popular Disney show was announced but everyone was sad when Disney+ put a stop to the production because the topics were too adult. Duff pleaded with the network to release the rights to the series and sell it to Hulu, who would allow them to take on more adult topics. Duff and the writers want the character to grow up and deal with real-life situations and they feel that Disney+ is not the right place.
"We started shooting, we stopped shooting and went back to the drawing board with Disney+, Disney, and myself to come up with something that works for all of us, and we’re still in the middle of that process," Duff recently told Cosmopolitan. "Everything kind of got put on hold, especially now because of COVID. But no, we’re talking weekly and I feel really good about it. It’s a work in progress."
Hilary recently stressed the importance for moms to make time for themselves, no matter how difficult it can be. She clearly has been spending her "me time" working on her health and fitness and wants every mom to find their inner zen.
"Carving out time for yourself proves difficult once you become a mom," she wrote on social media. "There is so much guilt wrapped around it that when you actually take the time to do it, it can be unenjoyable or not relaxing! I really struggle with the heavy pull you feel to go back to my kids and do everything for them. I have decided to make that part of my life a priority."
"I love my family and kids more than anything but I also love myself and need to honor my personal needs (outside of work)! They have gotten smaller and smaller and so they can definitely be met!
