Kevin Hart is coming to Ellen's defense after the internet came for the longtime talk show host after news broke that her show is facing an investigation over toxic workplace claims.

The comedian took to social media on Tuesday to let his millions of fans know that he thinks Ellen is a good person. He penned an emotional statement about how she has always been nice to him and his family.

"She has treated my family and my team with love and respect from day 1," he continued.

"The internet has become a crazy world of negativity....we are falling in love with peoples down fall. It’s honestly sad...When did we get here?"

Hart went on to say that he will always have Ellen's back.

"I stand by the ones that I know and that I love. Looking forward to the future where we get back to loving one another....this hate shit has to stop. Hopefully it goes out of style soon."

Kev's statement ended by making it clear that he does not want to minimize the experience of the employees of Ellen's show.

"This post is not meant to disregard the feelings of others and their experiences....It’s simply to show what my experiences have been with my friend. Love you for life Ellen..."

'Talk Show Karen'

Ellen reportedly got a new nickname from members of her staff after it was announced that her show is under investigation by Warner Bros. and it is not very flattering. Many employees, or in some cases former employees, have started calling her Talk Show Karen.

The term 'Karen' is used to described entitled white women, who are normally involved in some sort of abusive behavior. Definitely not something people want to be called nowadays.

"Who would've thought that one of America's most loved personalities would morph into America's most famous Karen?" a production source told DailyMail. Adding, "There's no way anyone on staff wants Karen and her band of toxic executives to return."

As we reported, Ellen's executive producer took to Twitter over the weekend saying the show will NOT be canceled and no one is 'going off the air' at this point. A few stories have suggested that Ellen may be replaced by James Corden, but this new report suggests he is not in the running based on several factors.
