Kailyn Lowry's family has officially grown once again after she confirmed to E! News on Monday that she gave birth to a baby boy on July 30. It is her fourth child overall, and her second with now ex-boyfriend Chris Lopez. The "Teen Mom" star told the outlet that the baby boy clocked in at 8 lbs., 15 oz. and 22.5 inches long.

"No name yet but we are all healthy and so in love," she told E! "I can check giving birth during a pandemic off my bucket list now."

The new baby joins two-year-old Lux, who she shares with Lopez, along with 10-year-old Isaac Rivera, who she shares with ex Jo Rivera and 6-year-old Lincoln Marroquin, who she shares with ex Javi Marroquin.

Lowry announced the news of her pregnancy back in February when she shared a photo of herself and her three boys along with an ultrasound pic.

“We’re confirming the news, baby #4 is coming soon!" she wrote at the time. "I’m almost 16 weeks pregnant & it’s been a rough few months this time around. I’ve had nausea, morning sickness, and absolutely no energy. This week I’m starting to feel a bit better and I’m really hoping it stays this way!”

Lowry has kept fans updated on her pregnancy along the way, and last month had revealed that she would not be allowing Lopez to be in the room for the delivery.

"My mental health and CONSISTENCY in my sons’ lives are more important than he said/she said," she wrote in a post announcing the decision. "As their mother, I know in my heart I’m doing what I believe to be best. I’m sorry if everyone disagrees. … Why would I make the call to someone who has not been helpful, consistent, empathetic or compassionate for the entire 9 months? Says he doesn’t care but thinks he should be included in the birth? Make it make sense."

She went on to say that she also just prefers to have less people in the room when she's giving birth.

"I have had a birth where friends and family were present and I’ve had births where it was just the father and me," she said. "I like silence during contractions and I don’t love seeing people immediately after birth."

Lowry has always made it clear that she intends to have a big family because she grew up with no brothers or sisters and wants her kids to have siblings.
