As Gabrielle Union's high-profile battle with 'America's Got Talent' executives continues to unfold, she has seemingly taken shots at former show mate Terry Crews for his lack of compassion and solidarity in the face of Union's claims that the show fostered a racist and toxic work environment, something that Crews did not speak out in agreement on with her. Now, the former 'Everybody Hates Chris' actor is apologizing.

Taking to Thursday's episode of the 'Jemele Hill Is Unbothered' podcast, Union discussed her issues with Crews' handling of the situation following her departure and loaded claims about the show.

"The only thing I know for sure is that Terry Crews gets three checks from NBC," Union told Hill during their candid conversation about her justice initiative and what has exactly transpired in her battle against 'America's Got Talent' executives.

Union cited that Crews receives payment for his roles on 'America's Got Talent,' 'America's Got Talent: The Champions,' as well as 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine,' which leaves him in a position very different than hers and contributed to his lack of solidarity with her when the issues were raised.

"So I don’t know if (he's) worried about job stability – which, listen, we all know that if you speak up about racism and white supremacy, you absolutely can be shown the door. We both are very clear on that. I don’t know if that’s the motivation," Union told Hill during the podcast about Crews.

"People were like, 'Well, you weren't the only Black person on 'America's Got Talent,' and I was like, 'No, I was on there with Terry Crews," she added.

Based on his recent actions, do you really think Terry Crews was an ally, was helpful, was a sounding board? I think Terry Crews is showing us who he is and what he does during times of adversity, and it’s not solidarity," Union continued to explain about the difference between hers and Crews' situations.

Given the massive accusations that Union's comments raised against Crews, he took to Twitter to apologize to Union for any wrongdoings she may feel as though he propagated in handling the situation.

"This will be my 3rd public apology to Gabrielle Union," Crews wrote on the social media platform Saturday, quoting a 'Deadline' article about the ordeal. "If a 4th is needed, I will continue to apologize and push for reconciliation between the world, and more importantly, the culture I grew up in. I'm sorry, @itsgabrielleu #reconciliation."

Despite her adamant stance that Crews should take a position in the situation, Union has yet to comment back regarding the 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine' actor's apology.
