Jussie Smollett took the stand again in his own defense on Tuesday morning.

He had a grueling back and forth with prosecutor Dan Webb.

A reporter in the room noted that Smollett was “on the defense, annoyed” by the questions.

At one point, he accused the prosecutor of “misrepresenting” things to the jury.

The two argued back and forth about whether Smollett really believed Walgreens was open 24/7.

Smollett was also upset that Webb voiced the N-word when reading his messages.

He asked him to stop “out of respect for every African American in the courtroom.”

Webb apologized, but Smollett noted that the N-word had been used “a lot” in the trial.

Smollett repeatedly denied attempts that he faked a hate crime.
