Tristan Thompson Wants Alleged Baby Mama FINED For Leaking To The Media

Tristan Thompsonis requesting an emergency gag order in his ongoing paternity case, asking a judge to issue a fine to his alleged baby mama for leaking information to the media.

According to multiple reports, Khloe Kardashian's baby daddy is trying to keep his recent paternity case sealed from the public and wants the woman claiming he is her baby's father to be stopped from speaking about the situation. The NBA star filed an emergency petition today in Harris County, Texas courts, asking that Maralee Nichols be barred from speaking out about the case. In the filing, Tristan agrees he also will not mention the case in public.

The judge in this case allegedly already issued a "confidentiality order" in the case, after Nichols sued Thompson for paternity. Now, Tristan believes Maralee violated the order on multiple occasions by exposing the details of the pregnancy.

In the filing, Tristan claims Maralee is doing interviews with the media and posting information about the situation on Instagram and other social media. The problem is, Thompson claims some of the information is filled with "blatant lies" about him and his family. Specifically, Tristan says Snapchat messages Maralee claims are from him -- are "fabricated." In one of the messages, Tristan allegedly says, "My feelings haven't changed at all. Won't be involved at all. BTW if you think having this baby is gonna make you some money. It's completely wrong. You are aware that I'm retiring after this season. So in terms of support, it will be whatever is required monthly for someone who's unemployed. It's Texas, so you will get a couple of hundred dollars. So you better take the 75K I'm offering cause you won't get nothing near that with having a kid with a father who's unemployed."

At this point, Thompson believes she is going public with the allegations "to achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit."

As you know, Nichols says the baby is due any day and claims Tristan tried to get her to stay quiet about the situation and offered her $75,000.

Now, Tristan is asking for Nichols to be sanctioned in the case, which amounts to having to pay fines for breaching the order. In order to keep her honest, TT is asking the judge to order a $30,000 bond to ensure there is money in place in case she continues leaking to the media.

As we reported, Khloe Kardashian is devastated about the news of the pregnancy, claiming she and Thompson were together when the baby was conceived. If you do the math, the rendevous between Maralee and Tristan would have happened around his birthday. If you look, Khloe and Tristan posed together for photos together at his birthday party.

Kardashian is reportedly "very upset to find out that he cheated again." She can't believe he is going to be a dad again. "It's just a sad situation to her."
