There has been fan speculation for some time that "Counting On" star Jessa (Duggar) Seewald and her husband Ben Seewald are expecting their fourth child, and some think her father -- family patriarch Jim Bob Duggar -- confirmed that she's pregnant.

They are pointing to a video Jessa shared recently of her daughter Ivy's first birthday party. During the clip, her cake is brought out and Jim Bob can be heard saying, "This will tell us if it's a boy or a girl."

The cake ended up being a normal yellow cake so it clearly wasn't some kind of gender reveal, but his joke convinced some that he knows she's pregnant. Fans are also pointing out the fact that Jessa has not been seen on social media wearing any form-fitting clothing for a long time.

In a photo she shared on Ivy's birthday, she is wearing a loose, flowy dress while pushing her daughter on a swing.

"I know she won’t always be this little. Before I know it, she’ll upgrade from the baby swing to a big kid swing, just like her brothers have. I’ll blink and she’ll be 6 years old, figuring out how to make that swing fly through the sky all by herself. I’ll blink again and she’ll be 16– and who knows if this favorite pastime of hers may well be a thing of the past!" she captioned the photo.

"Babies don’t keep. They won’t always be little. Cherish the moments."

While the relationship between Jessa and Ben and the family patriarch seems to be in good standing, the same can't be said for Jessa's brother-in-law, Derick Dillard. He's been highly critical of both Jim Bob and TLC.

Dillard recently went off on both in an Instagram post TLC made promoting the premiere of the new season of "Counting On."

"Really?! This show is not anything close to reality. From what we’ve seen, not accurate at all. Maybe I’ll start a livestream during episodes, critiquing what is really going on in real time," he commented.

Later in the comment thread, someone complained that Jim Bob is on the show too frequently. Dillard had thoughts on that, too.

"That's because [the show is] still under his control, and he will attack the victims if they threaten his show." Dillard said, and added that Jim Bob "humiliated and threatened" Jill when they tried to leave the show.

He did make it clear that his issues are only with Jim Bob and not with Jessa or any of the other family members.
