JWoww has been putting in some serious time into the gym... and it is paying off!
The "Jersey Shore" star appeared in her young boyfriend, Zack Clayton's workout selfie video on Sunday. The cute couple were pumping some iron and decided to give their fans a little flex to show off the sweet results. JWoww flaunted her flat tummy and chiseled biceps when she pulled off the classic arm pose for the camera. Clayton is looking pretty swole as well!

JWoww, real name Jenni Farley, has been on a mission to get fit since December and has been extremely consistent. In addition to lifting weights, she has also been working over the heavy bag. She expressed that sticking with it is no easy task.
"Trying to get back into my gym routine," she said at the time. "It’s so much harder the older you get... ? so if you work out.. DON’T STOP! Keep that s**t going."
