Britney Spears, who has not been photographed in public since a barefoot grass run and shopping trip on June 18, has been snapped by the paparazzi. The 38-year-old pop icon is currently fronting media outlets as the #FreeBritney movement protesting her 2008-commenced conservatorship experiences a resurgence – Britney’s July 22 court date reviewing her situation did not go to plan, with “technical issues” cited as being behind the “Toxic” singer’s no-show.
Britney did pop up on a beach for a socially-distanced and masked date with boyfriend Sam Asghari on June 23, but that was Instagram. This is the paparazzi.

Britney, whose finances and other aspects of her life have been controlled by her father and, up until 2019, also his lawyer, is largely deemed to be in a situation that is totally inappropriate for her. The spiraling 2000s and involuntary psychiatric hold are well behind the star, although she has sparked mental health concerns this year.

It was a repeat deal on Wednesday as Britney revealed “Frozen” to be her favorite Disney movie in a similar-style Q&A.
Over 46,000 likes have been left to a comment from “Orange Is The New Black” star Ruby Rose – “I have a different question,” she wrote. Scroll for Britney’s own words amid the unrest.
Britney addressed her fans in a rare clap-back on July 10, writing:
“I get how some people might not like my posts or even understand them, but this is Me being happy ….. this is Me being authentic and as real as it gets !!!!!”
Britney now sees mom Lynne legally filing to be involved in her daughter’s legal affairs. Likewise, having sister Jamie Lynn defend her sibling’s mental health.
Spears’ Thursday night Q&A was described as “meandering.” Fears that once heavily centered on the openly bi-polar star’s mental health have now very much shifted.
