"here to tell ya, I’ve been called it all. too skinny, too fat, too happy, too sad, too this, too that... in a world where everybody is telling you what you should be, do, or look like, BE YOU 🌞," Nastia wrote alongside her trim selfie.

"we are all on our own journey... the last few months I committed to truly focusing on myself, my health, and my happiness. so to those reading that don’t feel their best, I encourage you all to make a commitment to yourself to do the same!"

Flipping Out

Liukin recently flipped out in her kitchen to encourage mask-wearing by her fellow Texans. She shared a video where she did part of her balance bar routine on her kitchen counter.

"Because wearing a mask is easier than doing this ^ (and it can help save lives!!!). Texas, WE GOT THIS. #HealthyTexas #Texas #Dallas #WeGotThis," Nastia captioned her video.

Venus Williams enjoyed the routine and commented, "Always a 10!!!💛 With that said, I will wear my mask!"

The moves were super impressive but her kitchen is MASSIVE! We guess it's true what they say... everything is bigger in Texas.

Messing With Texas... Again

The gymnast moved back to her hometown in Texas in May and even though she expressed regret about leaving Los Angeles, she is happy to be back in her home state.

"LA, you were good to me," she wrote on social media at the time. "Will forever remember and hold so many memories close to my heart. The good + bad and happy + sad. I’ve experienced it all while living there."

"for now, I couldn’t be more excited to finally be home, forever. Once a Texas girl, always a Texas girl. Dallas, I’m finally home 🖤," she concluded.
