Mike Tyson and Tyson Ranch are launching a knockout charity initiative that will provide funding for many worthwhile causes while giving fans an opportunity to cop some new gear with positive action attached. Tyson Ranch, the branding and licensing company co-founded by the former heavyweight champion boxer announced Monday a new line of training gear and merchandise for sale, called "My Yellow Shirt," with a portion of the proceeds going to worthwhile charities near and dear to the boxer's heart.

According to a release from Tyson Ranch:

"My Yellow Shirt was created to serve as a recognizable and fun way to give back to the community during a time when many people could use a little extra help. A portion of the proceeds from sales of official Tyson Ranch Training Camp shirts, and other exclusive merchandise, will become charitable donations to selected non-profit organizations."

Mike Tyson has been seen wearing his own yellow shirt during training sessions and is hoping the push will catch on with fans and other influencers.

The My Yellow Shirt website launched Monday morning and we're told orders are already stacking up. The current line of t-shirts are available in 5 different styles, including "The Official" yellow, and are priced at $34.95.

A chunk of the sales from the merch will be going towards various charities. The first two charities for My Yellow Shirt will be the Tyson Cares Foundation, which focuses on helping at-risk children, and Standing United, which assists people battling homelessness, substance abuse and those who have been impacted by COVID-19.
