Denise Richards has been running from her drama on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" for the past several weeks and during the latest taping of the "RHOBH: After Show," her cast mates shared their thoughts in regard to the way in which Denise continues to avoid confronting their issues head-on.

"For me, it was hard because often times, we weren't able to get closure on situations because no matter what it was, someone would walk off and it would leave a portion of us to pick up the pieces," Teddi Mellencamp explained to a producer.

According to Dorit, she and her "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" co-stars like Denise and don't want her to be upset or have unresolved issues within the group.

"I think everybody in the group really likes Denise and nobody wants to see anybody upset or run away," Dorit Kemsley reasoned.

Dorit then pointed out that when it comes to failing to address certain dramas with the other ladies on the show, doing so typically results in the problems getting bigger and bigger.

"I've been in this group long enough to know that things will continue to go on and on and get bigger and bigger unless you deal with it and you put an end to it," Dorit shared. "And if there isn't and you either run or you just don't... It doesn't go away. That's the name of the game. It just kind of continues to go on and on and judging by what Denise was saying, I don't think that's what she wanted to happen."

While Denise may not have wanted to create bigger issues with the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast, Dorit pointed out that she didn't do anything to prevent that from happening.

Sutton Stracke also weighed in on Denise's behavior.

"For me personally, I don't like fleeing. If I get into an argument with someone, it freaks me out a little bit. I'm like, 'Wait a minute. We can solve this,'" she explained.

"I think there is a certain type of personality that flees if there's a problem. She doesn't want to address certain things or address certain things... maybe in a little denial about what happened. Or maybe she's just not strong enough to confront these ladies," Sutton suspected.

Continuing on, Teddi said that she struggled with Denise avoiding situations because she's someone who likes to have closure.

"I felt constantly nervous going into situations as opposed to like, certain times you can see that all of us have gotten so much closer and we've become better friends. But then there's those moments you just go in and you're like, 'What's going to happen now because we didn't close it out the last time?' And that's just a crappy feeling," she explained.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
