Kaley Cuoco‘s little sister just gave every fancy Soul Cycle nut a run for their money – without any pricey equipment. The 31-year-old sister to “Big Bang Theory” actress Kaley Cuoco who features alongside her sibling in both “Harley Quinn” and 34-year-old Kaley’s upcoming “The Flight Attendant” series dropped an insane workout on her IG stories yesterday.
If you don’t live inside Kaley’s Instagram, she’s in quarantine with her little sister in the $12 million Hidden Hills estate Kaley moved into with billionaire heir husband Karl Cook in March. Check out the video below.
Briana, who runs her Cult LA athleisurewear line and regularly joins sister Kaley for home lock-down workouts, updated in full rage mode as she busted out her power session. Rage Against The Machine was the music of choice as Bri was seen dropping burpees, kicking her legs back to build those arms, and doing it all in skintight black leggings with a matching sports bra. “In a very rage mood today,” she wrote, adding: “Heartburn burpees for the finisher today. Lives up to its name.”
More after the video, including the unusual quarantine Kaley has been leading.
The girl behind Penny recently appeared in a selfie with her sibling that had the sitcom star herself writing: “Twins omg.” The June 25 snap quickly had fans referencing the popular “A Cup of Cuoco” Instagram series Kaley runs – impromptu videos seeing the blonde enjoying her first coffee of the day while sharing her thoughts have been including Bri of late. Briana, who comes with a “Glee” and “America’s Got Talent” past also joined Kaley and husband Karl for their first quarantine break-out dinner back in July. Scroll for more.
Briana, whose dark locks contrast the blonde look that’s a part of Kaley’s identity, has been updating her Instagram with lock-down makeup looks and dark beanies accentuating her slight goth edge. Kaley, meanwhile, has been making headlines for her love of budget nightgowns – a $26 Amazon unicorn nightshirt showcased over Memorial Day weekend proved memorable for her 6 million followers. No nighties for Briana, but there are interviews.
Keep an eye out for her in upcoming HBO Max series “The Flight Attendant.” Video below.
Briana’s Cult LA clothing line was profiled in 2018, with the feature also giving the star a chance to speak about her career. “In middle school, I started dancing seriously and throughout high school that became my sole focus,” she told Voyage LA, adding: “After graduating, I worked briefly as a dancer on shows like ‘Glee’ and ‘America’s Got Talent’ but I quickly realized being a dancer wasn’t what I was meant to do, my heart was with singing and acting.”
