Scheana Shay took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday night, July 2, to thank her many fans and followers who have shown their support to her after learning that she and her boyfriend, Brock Davies, tragically lost their first child to a miscarriage.
After previously revealing that she received support from several of her “Vanderpump Rules” co-stars, including Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute, Scheana opened up to her fans and followers with a message of thanks to each and every one of them.
While sitting in bed during a trip to San Diego with her boyfriend Brock, who lives and works in the area, Scheana shared a heartfelt message and thank you to her online audience.
“So all morning I have just been in bed reading all of y’alls DMs and messages you have sent me… just so much support and I just want to say, ‘Thank you so much,'” she said.
Scheana confirmed her miscarriage on her podcast last month, days after Stassi confirmed her own pregnancy.
Continuing on during her video, which featured her holding onto a cute stuffed frog, Scheana admitted that she’s been slacking a bit when it comes to keeping up with followers of her YouTube channel.
“[I’m] trying to catch up on my YouTube now . I know there are so many comments that I want to go and ‘like’ but just know that I am reading them all and I really appreciate all of you guys who have reached out. Thank you,” she said.
After a split from fellow SUR Restaurant employee Adam Spott during “Vanderpump Rules” season seven, Scheana spent the majority of 2019 single until she met and fell for Brock shortly after production on season eight wrapped filming.
Months later, the couple began living together at Scheana’s Palm Springs home amid the quarantine.
Although the couple is no longer living with one another, they have remained in close contact with each other as Scheana continues to deal with the heartbreak of her miscarriage.
While filming on new seasons of “Vanderpump Rules” typically begins in May, the cast and their show’s staff has been unable to go into production due to the restrictions in place in Los Angeles due to the coronavirus.
That said, a SUR Restaurant staffer recently confirmed that the restaurant is reopening to guests, which could mean that filming on season nine will begin soon.
Although it is assumed that Brock will be seen on the show from time to time, that has yet to be confirmed.
