Jenelle Evans, a former star on MTV's "Teen Mom 2" reality show, is threatening her former co-stars with a lawsuit.

On July 1, several MTV stars shared an article on social media that featured a story about Evans' son, Kaiser. Those accused of posting the articles that offended Evans include Amber Portwood, Maci Bookout McKinney, and "Jersey Shore" star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.

Upon seeing the stories, Evans tweeted, "It's crazy how you would let someone post slander about my children and husband onto your accounts with completely made up accusations from a year ago."

Evans likely meant to use the word "libel," which refers to posted information as opposed to "slander," which is spoken.

Here's how it works: many MTV stars share articles written by celebrity news outlets. In some cases, the reality TV stars use social media mainly to share these stories.

In fact, Evans has also allowed an agency to post news articles about other MTV stars on her own Twitter account. She frequently posts stories about current "Teen Mom" franchise participants on the social media website.

Evans also posted, "I would appreciate it if you would delete the articles. Or I can have my lawyer contact all of you next week." She tagged the three MTV stars in her post.

One person Evans didn't mention? Her remaining friend from the "Teen Mom" franchise, Briana DeJesus, who posted the same article.

Portwood responded to Evans' request on social media saying, "I'll be waiting." Notably, the articles, which claimed husband David Eason was abusing Evans' son, have seemingly been removed.

All of this comes in the wake of Kaiser's father, Nathan Griffith, alleging that Kaiser had been abused. Griffith wrote that he was concerned about "marks" on Kaiser that indicated abuse. He also pointed out Eason's pending criminal charges based on "violence and aggressive behavior."

Evans wrote on Twitter, "My son is safe and I have proof he was okay for his week visit with his father." Evans claimed that Griffith never called her to ask about the marks or alleged abuse.

Evans later tweeted at Portwood, "Thank you for deleting."

Evans and Eason have an admittedly strained relationship. Allegedly, several of the children living in the home witnessed Eason assault an individual who showed up at the home to help Evans move out some of her belongings after the couple broke up. Within days, Evans and Eason were back together again.

Last October, Evans left Eason for several months. They reunited earlier this year after Evans cited financial reasons for moving back to "The Land."
