The fourth fan added, “Probably people looking for clout. After hearing about your split from Melanie and her taking the baby..it isn’t totally unbelievable. They chose you because they know you’re in a bad place right now.”
Another remarked by writing, “Dude you need to get off social media all together because platforms like FB and Twitter are immature as hell as you can already see. You’re better off working on your craft and moving forward from all of this crap.”
He Broke Up With His Baby Mama
The scary rumor came a few days after Carter announced his breakup from fiancé Melanie Martin, 29, just a week after they welcomed their son Prince.
“Due to personal reason Melanie Martin and I have decided to go our separate ways,” Carter tweeted.
He added, “There has been a very big lie and my sister communicating w my ex fiancé ruined everything considering she knew what angel tried to do to me in court thanks angel you ruined my family. God bless.”
Blaming His Family
The “I Want Candy” hitmaker fully blames his family, especially his twin sister Angel for ruining his relationship.
“I have the most conniving deceiving family and Melanie has been lying to me the whole time communicating with my twin sister and the family members who tried to put me in prison and who tried to get a conservatorship on me in court. I’m in shocked this is horrible,” Carter claimed.
Carter also said that his family is “trying to drain” him so his house would be “taken away.”
With everything that has happened, Carter admitted that he “never felt more devastated and betrayed and lied to in my entire life this is such a horrible situation considering prince doesn’t deserve any of this and now it’s my job to just be a single father and that’s what’s gonna happen.”
It Has Happened Before
This is not the first time Carter had a death hoax. Back in 2010, stories of the “Crush On You” hitmaker being dead circulated online.
According to OK! Magazine, the tweets claimed Carter died of an overdose. Just like now, the singer responded to the rumors.
“This is the real Aaron Carter I know there’s a Hoax Going Around, But I’m Here, Alive & Well. At the compound Working on my mind & soul.” Carter tweeted at the time.
Aaron’s manager, Johnny Wright, also debunked the death hoax by saying, “Aaron Carter is alive and well at my compound in Orlando, rehearsing for a New Year’s show.”
