More Astroworld Festival Victims' Families Turn Down Travis

According to TMZ, the loved ones of the other deceased victims aren't interested in Travis covering burial costs either. Among them, are the families of 14-year-old John Hilgert and 27-year-old Danish Baig. For these families, they believe that this situation is disrespectful, by the Houston rapper.

Attorney Michael Lyons, who is representing the Baig family, went on to claim that Travis offered $7,500, to cover the burial costs. They added that they don't want to accept money from someone who contributed to their loved one's death.

"We received a written offer from Travis Scott's attorney Dan Petrocelli indicating that he would pay $7,500 in funeral burial costs and my clients are rejecting that. You can infer that when a parent has to bury their child that they're not really interested in people who may have contributed to that being involved."

The Mithoff law firm, who represents the Hilgert family, didn't go on to specify why they turned down the offer, but it could definitely be for similar reasons, that the Baig family did so. It also wasn't revealed how much Travis offered them. Sources close to Travis have since denied to TMZ, that they offered the exact $7,500.

Ezra Blount Was Final Victim To Pass Away From Injuries

For 9-year-old Ezra Blount, he simply wanted to have a great time with his father, Treston. The two purchased tickets for Astroworld Fest back in May, when tickets were originally put on sale. When November 5 came, Treston and Ezra stood near the back of the crowd of 50,000, to avoid the chaos of the energetic fans.

Treston went on to pass out, after ending up being in the middle of everything. Ezra went on to fall from his shoulders, and was soon trampled on. Ezra would go on to suffer severe brain and organ damage, and was soon in a medically induced coma, and on life support.

Ezra went on to pass away, on November 15, in Houston. At the time, Treston Blount was hoping that he would pull through, so the two can enjoy other moments together. At this point, it looks like the Blount family is focused on succeeding against Travis, in court. They are currently being represented by Attorney Bob Hilliard, who announced the rejection of Travis' burial costs offer.

"Your client’s offer is declined," said Hilliard, in the letter obtained by Rolling Stone. "I have no doubt Mr. Scott feels remorse. His journey ahead will be painful. He must face and hopefully see that he bears some of the responsibility for this tragedy."
