Tamra Judge has not been holding back over the past couple weeks about her feelings on current and past “Real Housewives of Orange County” cast members. After going after current cast member Kelly Dodd and saying she should be fired for racist comments she made four years ago, Judge is now accusing Bravo of forcing out former cast member Heather Dubrow because she had a “personal conflict” with an executive at the network.
Some fans have speculated that Dubrow left after Dodd joined the cast because she didn’t appreciate the newcomer’s behavior, but Judge says that’s not the case.
“I think it was a personal thing, I really do. I think it was a personal conflict with an executive at Bravo,” Judge said on the “Behind the Velvet Rope” podcast with David Yontef.
She said Dubrow and the executive had “personality clashes” and that she “wanted things done a certain way, but trust me, there’s people on the cast right now that are way worse. Way worse. On [the producers] like crazy, yelling and screaming, blowing their phones up … yeah.”
Judge went on to shower Dubrow with compliments and said she was “great” for the show and that she added some much-needed class that the series is currently missing.
She also said Dubrow did not take leaving the show well and was “in shock.”
“She’s the one who taught me to unfollow everybody because it’s the easiest way to get over things,” Judge said.
She added, “She was also offered a part time role and didn’t take it. I think what they wanted to do was sort of smack her around and say, you know what, here’s a part time role and then the next year they probably would have brought her back. But I’m just speculating.”
Judge claims that Dubrow told her it took about three years before she could follow anyone else from the show on social media or even talk about “Real Housewives.”
Judge had additional thoughts on Dodd during the interview, saying that Bravo uses editing to make her come off as not as bad as she really is. She also called Dodd a “huge liability” for the network and thinks she needs to be fired for telling a TMZ cameraperson in 2016 that she doesn’t know or like any black men.
While Judge left “RHOC” just last year, she said she would be interested in joining the cast of “Real Housewives of New York.”
