Former "Real Housewives of Orange County" cast member Tamra Judge claimed Heather Dubrow was told to say she resigned from the Bravo reality series after her role on the show was reduced ahead of season 12.

While appearing on the "Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef" podcast, Tamra opened up about Tamra's exit from the series before suggesting that Lisa Vanderpump was actually fired from her full-time role on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" after failing to attend the season nine reunion.

After being asked if any cast members have actually made the decision to cut ties with the "Real Housewives" franchise on their own, Tamra claimed her former cast mate and friend, Heather, was told to publicly say that she had quit "The Real Housewives of Orange County," even though she was actually demoted.

"I think Heather was told to say that. Yes, they offered her a lesser role," Tamra explained.

Tamra then said that she does not know of any cast members who have actually resigned from the show, aside from former "Real Housewives of New York City" cast member Bethenny Frankel.

"[Lisa Vanderpump] didn't show up to the reunion and if you don't show up to the reunion, you get fired. So, she knew. She knew," Tamra told David.

While Tamra seems to think Lisa may have gotten the ax, Lisa announced prior to the reunion that she would not be attending, which would seem to confirm that she made the decision to quit. Either way, Tamra isn't missing her on the show.

"I don't feel the loss [of Lisa or Bethenny]. The show does go on," she explained.

"I feel ['The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'] is as good without [Lisa] and not to [discredit] Lisa but they have a way of making it work," Tamra continued of the currently airing 10th season of the series, which began airing earlier this year after Lisa quit last June.

"The thing is they still have a lot of core cast mates like Kyle and Dorit and Erica. They’ve been on the show for a while so people are still invested in their lives," she noted.

As fans of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" well know, Tamra announced she was leaving the show on Instagram in January and has since confirmed that her exit was the result of her not wanting to take on a reduced role.

Speaking to David about the unexpected snub, Tamra said she didn't understand Bravo's decision.

"What blows my mind is the ratings were good last year - we had a few years it really sucked so why change something that was doing well?" she wondered.
