Simone Biles was straight-up told: "I was not ready for this today" as she posted a mind-blowing set of beam flips confirming she's back to training. The 23-year-old gymnast whose 30 Olympic and World medals back up her "most decorated" status updated her Instagram on Tuesday with a video that racked up over 100,000 views in just 20 minutes. Simone, who admitted she "cried" upon learning that the 2020 Tokyo Olympics had been postponed, does not appear to have entered moping mode.

Scroll for the video seeing a fan write: ""Wow. You are unstoppable @simonebiles." The star who has largely been filling her social media with low-key selfies and a brand-new haircut this month had taken it back to what she does best in this video, seen in a gym and shot far out as she delivered – without a hitch – the captioned "triple double." Simone was in her trademark leotard as the beam-set and backwards flips were performed, with Biles eventually landing in a big pit of foam blocks. We've included the Handstand Challenge further down.

It looks like this girl is snapping them. Simone's 3.8 million followers – already treated to the now-viral Handstand Challenge seen below – flocked to the comments section. Jaws were dropping all-around. "You just starting training and this happens? 😂🔥" one fan wrote. "That's the most impressive thing I've seen🤩," another added, with the Ohio native also being told to "get your foot off of our necks." Biles has yet to receive any celebrity comments, but her Handstand Challenge did get a comment from 53-year-old Oscar winner Halle Berry. More below.

COVID-19 sees Simone social distancing – sometimes in those cheeky bikinis, although the star made headlines recently for resuming training after missing two months. That Instagram account hasn't been empty, though. Simone has dropped her "working wine to five" thirst trap, plus her signature sense of humor in a May bikini post amusingly captioned: "How to get a bikini body.... put a bikini on your body 😜." The swimwear has proven a talking point with Simone's fans, though, even sparking a $100 bidding war.

Happy To Say 'I'm The Best Gymnast'

Simone has addressed her success as well as her confidence. "You only see the men doing it. And they’re praised for it and the women are looked down upon for it. But I feel like it’s good (to do) because once you realize you’re confident and good at it, then you’re even better at what you do," she told USA Today in 2019. “It’s not out of cockiness. I’ve won five world titles, and if I say, 'I’m the best gymnast there is,' (the reaction is) 'Oh, she’s cocky. Look at her now.’ No, the facts are literally on the paper. I think it’s important to teach (young girls) that," Simone added.
