Recently, Hollywood star Lacey Chabert experienced a heart-wrenching loss. Her older sister Wendy died at the age of 46. The renowned Hallmark channel actor disclosed the sad news to her fans and colleagues via her social media account on November 23, 2021.
Lacey Chabert's Tribute To Her Sister
In a post on Instagram, the "Mean Girls" actor wrote an emotional piece to her elder sister mourning her unfortunate passing.
"Our hearts are shattered into a million pieces that I do not know how we will ever put back together again now that you are gone," she grieved. "We love and adore you more than we can ever say, and we will continue to forever and ever and ever."
The actor chose not to reveal the details of what led to her sister's death but noted that it was shocking and brought sad times to the family. She also asked the public to say a word of prayer for the family at this moment.

"Our lives will never be the same without my dear sister, but we cling to the promises of Jesus that we will be together again in eternity," she added. "Please keep our family, especially her two boys, in your hearts and prayers. Thank you so much."

"Oh my goodness, Lacey. I love you so much and am sending prayers and love to you," Danica McKellar commented. "I don't know what I could possibly do, but please call on me if I can do anything at all."
"Lacey, we are praying for you, your family, and Wendy's family," Candace Cameron Bure also said. "We love you, always here for you, my sweet friend."
"Sending you so much love and strength," commented Pascale Hutton, another Hallmark colleague. "My deepest condolences to you and your family."
Fans Sent In Messages Of Support For The Actress
Throughout her career, Chabert had thrilled fans with numerous sterling acting performances in movies like "The Wild Thornberrys," "Rugrats Go Wild," "Daddy Day Care," "Dirty Deeds," and "Black Christmas."
She also voiced Meg Griffin during the first installment of the acclaimed sitcom "Family Guy" and superheroine Zatanna Zatara on numerous occasions for DC Comics. It was therefore not surprising that her fans were sad about her recent loss.
One fan wrote, "I am so sorry for your loss!! I just lost my brother last month at the age of 43. I feel your pain. Sending you and your family lots of love, hugs, and prayers."

Before Wendy's death, Chabert's siblings numbered three, including a sister Crissy and brother Tony. The quartet shares a tight bond, and Chabert often dropped their pictures on her page to appreciate them.
