'Teen Mom 2': David Eason Arrested & Jenelle Is Out Again

Evans claims she will file a restraining order on Monday following the assault on her friend. The incident apparently stems from Evans choosing to leave Eason again. She is currently staying with a family member, according to other outlets.

The assault was allegedly committed against Evans’ friend, who returned to “The Land” to retrieve Evans’ belongings. Eason apparently got into an argument about the keys to his truck and began to hit the friend with a pistol. The unnamed party was injured on his back and neck.

Evans has already addressed her followers on social media. On Facebook, she wrote that she was taking a break from social media and “just wanted to let the public, tabloids, and [her] fans know” that she and the children are safe. She continued, “I’m going to take a few days out to myself to gather my thoughts and focus on what’s going on.”

Last time Evans left Eason, she also reported the news on social media. She had revealed on Instagram last October that the couple separated. In March, they got back together.

The Ashley has also reported that this was the second time Eason was arrested in 48 hours. Earlier in the week, he failed to appear in court to face misdemeanor charges. He was released on those charges after bailing out with $1,000.

Eason is reportedly facing charges related to assault with a deadly weapon and communicating threats. Celeber Nation reports that Eason was “arrested after pistol-whipping a gentleman.”

In a statement, Evans said that she is “shaking” and “saddened” but has determined that it is time for her to “move on from this relationship and find happiness.” She also criticized the unsecured bond that allowed Eason’s release.

Eason is still facing those misdemeanor charges related to tampering with a vehicle and injury to personal property. The incident occurred in 2018 and has been delayed. Eason was filmed by Evans illegally towing a stranger’s truck. He will appear in court on those charges in late July.

In the weeks leading up to the arrest, Evans and Eason were seemingly struggling in their relationship. Evans and Eason fought about time she was spending with friends, and she recently posted a meme insinuating that Eason was not pulling his weight.
