Triple C got some tips that most boxers dream of when he took some in-ring pointers from Iron Mike Tyson. The action went down Tuesday in El Segundo at the offices of Tyson Ranch. Henry Cejudo, who recently retired after retaining his Bantamweight Championship at UFC 249, was visiting the workout when he was asked to put on some gloves and try out his boxing skills.

Squaring up with legendary MMA trainer, Rafael Cordeiro, Triple C worked a series of combos with Tyson's guidance.

Tyson explained to Cejudo how he fires his glutes and core when he throws a punch and rooted the Olympic gold medalist on as he landed successful combinations with impressive force.

Cejudo just recently retired from the UFC after his victory over Dominick Cruz, but the 33-year-old MMA star already seems to be getting anxious and has spoken about what the future may hold for his fighting career.

During a recent interview with TMZ Sports, Cejudo said:

"There would only be one fight that would really bring me back, that would really wake me up in the morning. Other than Ryan Garcia, it would be Alexander Volkanovski. That overgrown midget. I would love to make him bend the knee because he’s already halfway there."

Joe Rogan & The Toad

During a recent appearance on the "Joe Rogan Experience" podcast, Triple C talked about his friendship with Mike Tyson and the spiritual journey they took together when they participated in a ceremony with DMT, also known as The Toad because the user ingests the psychoactive venom of the Sonoran Desert toad.

"They have this nice setup with the rituals. So we go out to Antigua which is an island off the Caribbean. We are out there and we have a shaman and Mike goes first. He’s going a bit crazy because what that does is as you say, you open up a lot of your demons that you’ve probably been holding onto for a minute, Cejudo explained to Rogan.

Joe Rogan has spoken about his many experiences with DMT, and Cejudo described what the journey was for himself:

"It was something scary in some ways, it takes you out of your body. It’s almost like you’re in judgment day and you’re the one being convicted, and you’re the judge too. But it’s giving you this certain peace, it’s like telling you that you’re so dead, but you’re alive. It’s the truth, Joe! I don’t know which ones you had, but I can only share what I experienced. It was cool, man. Because I was able to do it with special people.”

Triple C's episode with Joe Rogan has already been viewed over 1 million times on YouTube.
