Simone Biles is switching things up and taking full advantage of the quarantine ending and salons opening back up. The 4X gold medal Olympian took to social media Tuesday and shared her new look with millions of fans.
For months, Biles has showcased her growing locks, which she has regularly worn in braids. However, now that America is able to open up businesses, with the COVID-19 restrictions being lifted, the native Texan was eager to switch things up and couldn’t wait to reveal the dramatic change!
While clearly happy with her new cut, Simone Biles shared multiple selfies of the locks.
“Snip Snip,” Biles wrote.
Instead of her long flowing hair, Biles revealed that her hair had been chopped off to shoulder-length. Fans were just as excited for the Olympic gymnast’s new look by lighting up her comments feed with praise.
“It looks good on you Simone!!! Love you,” one fan wrote.
“Simone, look at you! Just as gorgeous as you can be!” another fan gushed to the star.
Don’t be surprised if tons of hopeful gymnasts start rocking Simone Biles’ new cut, as the Olympian is no stranger to setting trends. The 23-year-old has a tremendously loyal following on social media who follow her every move while rooting on their hero.
Back in April, Biles went viral when she performed an amazing handstand challenge. Biles taped herself stripping off a pair of sweatpants while holding a handstand for a full minute. The act was pretty incredible, as Biles hardly broke on the inversion while taking off her pants.
