"Real Housewives of Atlanta" stars Cynthia Bailey and her fiancé, Mike Hill, took to the streets of Los Angeles with their daughters this week to protest racism and police brutality following the May 25 death of George Floyd.

Weeks after George Floyd, a 55-year-old Minneapolis man, died after a police officer knelt on his neck for several minutes during an arrest, Bravo's The Daily Dish is revealing that Cynthia and her family are doing what they can to promote change in this country.

As the reality star, who faced allegations of a firing after season 12, marched with daughters, including Ashleé Hill, Kayla Hill, Noelle Robinson, and Noelle’s girlfriend, Alexis, Cynthia shared a number of posts on her Instagram page as she chronicled her experiences at the protest for her fans and followers.

“Spent the day protesting against police brutality, injustice and inequality with my family,” Cynthia wrote in a caption of a slideshow of photos and videos. “Progress is being made, and we must continue to make our voices heard.”

On her Instagram page, Cynthia described the setting of the protest as “beautiful” and “peaceful.”

“I was absolutely blown away by all the love and unity that surrounded me. People shared waters, and snacks with everyone. Such a small act of kindness but spoke volumes. I am so proud to be with my fiancé @itsmikehill and our girls to stand with everyone that came out in the name of righteousness,” she continued.

While some protests have turned violent, the majority of them have been as Cynthia explained.

On his own Instagram page, Mike described the protest in Los Angeles as "powerful" to his own fans and followers.

“Such a powerful scene. Such an incredible experience. Joining this protest with my fiancé and girls (AND I’M SO PROUD OF OUR GIRLS, WHO WANTED TO BE THERE) was needed,” he wrote in one post.

“I’ve been angry. I’ve been sad. I’ve been discouraged but today gave me added hope,” Mike continued. “To personally see so many people, from all walks of life, come together as they did is encouraging."

Mike went on to say that the majority of the crowd present consisted of "young, passionate" people who want to see the world become a better place.

"I’ll continue to give them my support but we’ll need their continued passion and commitment to get the job done," he stated.

Cynthia and her co-stars were last seen on Bravo last month, when the three-part reunion special for "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 12 came to an end.

At this time, it is not believed that season 13 has gone into production.
