For years now, tabloids have often tried to find out what is really happening with between Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton. While some reports lack basis and are clearly untrue statements, this has not stopped fans from thinking in that direction.

Recently, another report has engineered and raised many eyebrows on social media. The reason given by the source, as to why Markle feels bad, is that, she had in the past been attacked by British tabloids for things that she never did. However, the palace never tried to stand by her side and call out her attackers. The source also instigated that Markle felt betrayed at how the royal family values one member over the other.

"Meghan said Kensington Palace never once came to her defense when she was being shredded by the media. Now Kate gets a bit of negative press, and the Palace comes out in less than 24 hours to rebuke the claims made against her." The source said.

Since this report came to live, fans have been asking a lot of questions, as they want to be clear on where Markle stands in her sister-in-law's fight against Tatler.

Tatler magazine, recently published a piece titled "Catherine the Great," which was a cover story about Kate Middleton. The article highlighted a lot of events that were allegedly happening in the Duchess's life and that of her family in general.

Ultimately, Middleton denied everything written in the article, saying they were perpetrated lies by the magazine about her and she would not stand for it in any way.

In order to curb the situation, Middleton and Prince William decided to send a formal notice to the magazine, asking that they take down the article immediately.

Unfortunately, the formal gesture was met with disdain as the magazine immediately sent out an announcement. It acknowledged that the letter was duly received, but it had no merit.

"We can confirm we have received correspondence from lawyers acting for the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge and believe it has no merit." Tatler said.

Tatler's article talked about sensitive parts of Middleton's family and though she denied the events, it was still hurtful for her fans to see something of that sort on the internet. However, now that the entire palace is involved, something may be done about the article.

People are speculating online that the author of the article has a bond with Markle, but that has not been confirmed yet.

There is no telling how far tabloids will go to prove a point and how deep or shallow Markle's affection for Middleton runs. So, it's best to keep all fingers crossed.
