Kristen Doute was "disappointed" when she heard that her former "Vanderpump Rules" editor Bri Dellinger went public with claims of trying to embarrass Scheana Marie while treating Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark like the "heroes" of the series.

While promoting her new book, "He's Making You Crazy: How to Get the Guy, Get Even, and Get Over It," during an interview with The Washington Post, Kristen said she was not only disappointed upon hearing the news but also completely shocked at her ex-editor's statements.

"It was really disappointing; that’s a great word. 'Shocked' would be an understatement, when I first heard about it … I don’t know [the editor] personally, but just that she would even have the [nerve] to speak about that so publicly. … I really felt for Scheana," Kristen shared.

In a series of interviews on a since-deleted podcast, Bri said that finding embarrassing footage of Scheana to put on the Bravo reality series was one of her favorite things to do.

In addition to joking about trying to find embarrassing footage of Scheana, Bri also said that she should write a memoire about her many failures in love. She then said Bravo had allegedly deemed Stassi and Beau as the "heroes" of their series.

Although Bravo may have decided to portray Stassi and Beau in the hero roles of the show, Kristen believes it was actually Scheana who should have gotten the praise for season eight.

"For me, I think Scheana was the hero of Season 8; Scheana carried that show on her back. I think she was the reason that we were able to integrate a new cast more seamlessly than it could have been without her. So I don’t think she’s given enough credit a lot of the time," Kristen shared.

While a number of "Vanderpump Rules" cast members spoke out against the Bravo editor, both before and after she lost her job due to the statements she made about Scheana, Stassi and Beau, Scheana has stayed fairly mum about the situation, even though she did "like" a number of posts demanding Bri be fired.
