Multi-talent Tyrese Gibson is a singer, actor, and songwriter. After his song “Sweet Lady” popped on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1998, Tyrese has established himself as an actor in the “Fast & Furious” franchise.
The California-born entertainer, now 42, took a moment during Thanksgiving weekend in order to take some time in nature and appreciate life.
Tyrese Shares His Nature Meditation

On Saturday afternoon, Tyrese posted a photo of himself from behind, with his phone propped up on a wooden bench. Tyrese can be seen wearing a black and gray jacket and black slacks. He has his hood up, likely to keep him warm from the chilly autumn air.
He appears to be in a secluded area. There are leaves and bramble scattered across the grass and bushes surrounding the area. The autumn foliage is filled with golden leaves and the sun can be seen shining brightly through the tree branches high overhead.
“Went to sit on my favorite bench,” Tyrese began. “I went there alone and just sat there playing gospel songs and it was overcast and literally the sun came out.”
He continued, “I was so moved by the warmth and the piercing of the sun that started peaking through the trees.”
He explained that he recorded the snap by setting a 10 second timer on his iPhone. He wanted the camera to capture him as he “looked at the heavens and starting thanking [God] for giving me another chance and seeing another day and asking God for the wisdom and knowledge in and around WHAT to do with all that keeps being thrown at me.”
He ended the post by saying, “I will share at another time but just know that those alone walks and just sitting there in nature, trees and listening to nature definitely changed things.”

“And remember God puts us through every challenging situation to see how we come out the other side and sometimes he sees that things are not meant to be so TRUST HIS JOURNEY,” another shared.
Another fan wrote “Glad you took time to immerse yourself in nature therapy; restorative and healing.”

Although Tyrese seems to have a lot on his plate at the moment, it seems his fans will be there to support him no matter what.
