One of the most high-profile celebrity interactions of the last few weeks has been the highly-documented social media feud between chef and author Alison Roman and former model and social media personality Chrissy Teigen, with the former calling out Teigen for being a "sell-out," something that has resulted in a myriad of backlash, including her being removed from her position at 'The New York Times.' Now, Roman is candidly speaking out about the details of the fallout of her argument with Teigen.

On Tuesday, Roman took to Twitter to offer her most in-depth analysis of the situation yet, thanking her supporters and discussing exactly what has happened since her arugment with Teigen, who boasts millions of followers across all of her social media platforms, went viral.

"I want to thank everyone who’s reached out and taken the time to write to me over the last few weeks. I am still working my way through each email (of which there are…a lot!), so if I haven’t gotten back to you yet, please know I will," she began her explanation.

"The kindness, empathy, tough love, vulnerability and, honesty demonstrated by everyone who wrote in sharing experiences, book recommendations, anecdotes, and thoughtful advice has been overwhelming in the best way," she continued her touching thanks to fans, explaining her goals going forward to turn the less-than-ideal situation into something positive.

"I’m genuinely excited to turn this moment into positive, actionable change and so insanely grateful for even having that opportunity," Roman said of her goal to take the negative press and spin it to a positive light.

"This was a huge shake-up for me both personally and professionally, and I’m still processing so much, but know that I’m working on it and thinking about it 24/7. The issues brought to light by this whole thing won’t be fixed overnight, and the healing process for many will be long, but I’m committed to doing the work to make it better," the celebrity chef continued, confident that she would be able to bring about a good outcome from the bad press.

Although Roman didn't directly address her dismissal from 'The New York Times,' she promoted her alternate column in the meantime, "As for the other kind of work, for the foreseeable future, you can find me in that newsletter I started 3 years ago and never sent out lol. There will be recipes, reader emails, recommendations, and discussions about things that I hope you will like or find helpful. In lieu of the comments section or DMs," she wrote to fans who were still eager for her content despite the feud.
