Jessica Simpson Wows With 100-Pound Weight Loss In Skimpy Workout Snap

Jessica Simpson straight-up shocked her 5.3 million Instagram followers today with a mind-blowing reminder that the 100 pounds she dropped after welcoming third baby Birdie Mae in 2019 have stayed off. The 39-year-old singer, actress, and "Open Book" author's Wednesday post was less than 15 minutes old before dropping jaws – "You’re such a tiny little thing!" one fan wrote as the "Dukes of Hazzard" star went super-skimpy for a selfie.
Jessica, who shed the weight in just six months, confirmed that her morning snap was "before all 3 kiddos" had woken up.

Jessica tipped the scales at 240 pounds with her third pregnancy. The blonde, who was recently body-shamed in a Vogue storm, is now a shadow of her former self – today's post more than showed it as Jessica snapped herself sweat-drenched in a doorway and wearing skin-tight marble-print shorts in metallic spandex, with a matching sports bra flashing rock-hard abs. Beady-eyed fans will have spotted the rows of baby clothes to Simpson's right – the caption read: "Woke up before all 3 kiddos to get my steps in and spend time with me, myself, and I. Move move move for your own mental health. ??"

Keep scrolling for Jessica's bikini body. Clocking over 12,000 likes in just eight minutes and getting a celebrity like from "Jessie & Eric" star Jessie James Decker, the update also seemed to see half of Jessica's fans with their jaws on the floor.
"Lord, motivate me..this lockdown got me chubby!!!!" one fan wrote.
"LOOK ??AT ??THAT ??CALF?? MUSCLE ??," another said, with a fan who may not have read that Jessica walked up to 10,000 steps a day to help shift the pounds asking her what her daily step count is.

Jessica's 100-pound weight loss diet is below. The star didn't seem to be starving herself, though, over Memorial Day weekend as she thanked fallen soldiers with an emotional post that also showed her whipping up cake batter with 8-year-old daughter Maxwell. Likewise a reminder of Jessica's appetite recently has been her posing with a giant pot of Texas chili – she's even won cook-offs – although what the star actually ate to whittle down did not involve much in the way of baked goods.

Jessica's trainer Harley Pasternak opened up to Hollywood Life about exactly what she ate to lose the weight:
“She would eat one whole egg and three egg whites for breakfast, scrambled with a bowl of blackberries. For lunch she would have a salad with grilled chicken and grilled fish with salad and vegetables for dinner. As for snacks, she would have almonds and sometimes green beans with Parmesan cheese on top. She was very disciplined."
Jessica's love of food has even seen her partner up with Keebler Cookies recently. The stunner did it for a good cause, though, making it into a World Wish Day post.
