Dr. Paul Nassif And Pregnant Wife Brittany Patakos Are Excited About Welcoming A Baby Girl

Dr. Paul Nassif and wife Brittany Patakos, who he married last October opened up about their recent gender reveal during a recent interview with Bravo's "The Daily Dish" and explained why they are so excited to be welcoming a baby girl into their family, which already includes Paul's three sons, later this year.

"I think that they’re gonna adapt to it," Brittany explained. "They love babies as it is. So I know that once she’s here they’re gonna be like 'Eh, let me hold her,' you know."

Paul Nassif's Sons Were Initially Hoping For A Baby Boy

"They really wanted a boy. But I’m like, 'No, this family needs a girl.' So we got super lucky that we got a girl. I was so worried that we were gonna get a boy 'cause he has all boys. Yeah, I was like I can’t be the only one in this family," Brittany laughed.

As fans of Paul well know, he was married to "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast member Adrienne Maloof prior to his October 2019 wedding to Brittany and the ex-couple shares three boys, including Christian, Gavin, and Colin.

Paul Nassif Wants To Name His Daughter After Himself

According to Brittany, Paul wants to name their daughter Paulina, but nothing has been decided quite yet.

"He would love to call her Paulina. Because it has Paul in it," she explained. "But I have no idea. I haven’t thought that far ahead. I know her middle name will be Anne, because that’s his mom’s name. But we haven’t really thought that far ahead. I feel like once you’re kind of further along, you kind of get a little bit more of an idea.

Brittany Patakos Is Already Used To Having A Full House

"We already have three boys in the house. So it’s already busy as it is," Brittany said when asked about how life will change once her daughter arrives.

As for Paul, he confirmed he would love to name his daughter Paulina as he explained why he was "most excited about having a baby girl."

"I’ve always wanted the name, you already know the name I want. I want Paulina. But of course I don’t know if she likes that, 'cause I need a baby Paul somewhere," he shared.

Paul Nassif Is Understandably Nervous

Paul was then asked what makes him the most nervous.

"I’m nervous about obviously when the baby is born that, you know, everything is gonna be okay," he replied. "Obviously, you’re nervous about the baby being healthy. Is she gonna be irritable? You know, is she gonna be able to take the bottle, or breastfeed well? You get the normal [worries] when it’s a newborn, even though I’ve been there, done that with three kids."

"Botched" airs Monday nights at 9 p.m. on the E! Network.
