The feud between MTV star Kailyn Lowry and former “Teen Mom” Jenelle Evans is heating up once again. After a period of dormancy, things may have reignited after bikini photos and videos of Evans hit the web.
In the last month, Evans has posted photos and videos of herself with a fuller figure. She addressed her weight gain in a TikTok. In spite of her changing body, Evans remains married to David Eason. Eason has commented on Lowry’s body in the past.
In response to new photos Evans posted online, Lowry Tweeted, “I don’t know who needs to hear this, but David better never come for my body ever again.”
Eason responded in kind by writing, “I feel sorry for anyone who ever ‘came for your body.’ Trust me I wouldn’t touch you with a 10-foot pole” [sic]. He later posted a photo of Lowry and wrote, “I’m sorry but if this is what you get after having multiple surgeries with [lipo] . . . . you deserve a refund.”
Lowry has already responded to Eason. She shared a photo of herself on the beach with her baby bump. She wrote, “Here David – when you fat shame me – use a recent pic.”
Evans also did not respond well to Lowry’s social media dig. She wrote, “I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you’re a giant compared to me. Let’s stand side by side.”
Evans also wrote that she is no longer on the show and doesn’t want to see screenshots sent to her about the drama. She wrote “And at the end of the day . . . I have a husband that loves me unconditionally and my family is happy. That’s all that matters.” Some of Evans’ critics pointed out a magazine article in which Eason claimed he never loved Evans when they were on a break.
Eason has talked about Lowry’s weight on numerous occasions. Last year, he wrote in response to a picture of Lowry, “I’m sorry but there is nothing stunning about being overweight. How about promoting a healthy lifestyle instead of making it seem okay to be.”
At the time, Eason then posted a photo of his wife in a bikini and wrote, “Now this is what you would call ‘stunning in a bikini’!” He has not made any statements retracting his former opinions about weight and beauty, which has caused many followers to speculate about his intentions.
Others have also gotten in on the action. Briana DeJesus, who still appears on “Teen Mom 2,” wrote “That girl lost after the horse photo.” DeJesus was referencing a maternity shoot photo Lowry posted.
Debra Danielsen, the mother of Farrah Abraham, also commented on Lowry’s Twitter post. She wrote, “Thank you for showing strength during difficult times! It truly helps others going through rough times too. Sorry you have to go thru this crap!” This was interesting to many followers, as Lowry and Danielsen have not always gotten along well on social media.
