Simone Biles made it very straight-forward today. The 23-year-old gymnast – now the world’s most-decorated – updated her Instagram on Sunday with bikini photo that explained how a “bikini body” is achieved.
With 30 World and Olympic medals under her belt, Simone has her livelihood responsible for her jaw-dropping swimsuit body. For those not fortunate enough to come as a ripped muscle machine, though, Simone offered a helpful tip today. The Ohio native also managed to drop her razor-sharp wit into the post clocking her over 14,000 likes in just 11 minutes.
Keep scrolling for the snap, although with bikinis filling the gymnast’s Instagram amid her reported split from boyfriend Stacey Ervin Jr. – alleged to have cheated on her over Valentine’s Day – Simone’s 3.8 million followers are now spoiled for choice.
The photo showed Simone kicking back on a wicker lounger and flaunting her stunning, scultped body in a chic, blue, white, and gold bikini as she posed from behind shades. A caption kept it hilarious as Simone wrote:
“How to get a bikini body…. put a bikini on your body ?.”
Keep scrolling for the mind-blowing Handstand Challenge that saw Simone lose her pants.
Simone’s followers – who have sparked a $100 bidding war over her bikinis in the past – were all over this update.
“I don’t think that will work for me,” one user wrote.
“Your caption??, only if it was that easy?,” another said.
“Quote of the year” was another comment.
If you don’t live inside Simone’s Instagram, this is a girl whose hard-hitting captions have been knocking the ball out the park amid COVID-19. Sunbathing in a tiger-print bikini recently saw Simone write “Carole Baskin'” as she shouted out Netflix show “Tiger King.” Then there was the “working wine to five” thirst trap.
Scroll for the video. Simone, who did admit she “cried” as the 2020 Tokyo Olympics were postponed, has continued her gymnastics displays from her quarantine. April brought Simone’s Handstand Challenge as “Ridiculousness” played on a background TV, with the star seen removing her pink sweatpants with her feet as she maintained her handstand for an impressively long period of time.
Simone now faces two canceled events. The USA Gymnastics championships scheduled for next month are off the cards, with Simone making headlines as she spoke out earlier on during the pandemic with the Tokyo Olympics being postponed.
“We need to be sure everyone in the U.S. and around the world is safe,” she said, adding:
“I cried, but ultimately, it was the right decision. Mentally, going another year, I think that’s what going to take a toll on us.”
