In honor of Mental Health Awareness month, Kendall Jenner is opening up about her struggle with anxiety.

The model, who’s partnering with designer Kenneth Cole for the Mental Health Coalition, “how are you, really?” challenge shared a video on Instagram discussing her own mental health amid the coronavirus pandemic.

She began the video, "Hey guys! Just checking in. I have been doing a lot of thinking during quarantine, mostly about mental health and how important it is always but especially in these times with the devastation of coronavirus."

"I just wanted to instill some hope in people and know that everyone's not alone in this isolation so I have decided to join a challenge called How are You Really? Challenge which basically lets people know how you're really feeling," Jenner continued.

She admitted, "For me, I have some good days and I have some really anxious days."

This isn’t the first time the 24-year-old has discussed her mental health.

In May, Jenner opened up while interviewing with Michael Strahan and Cole on "Good Morning America."

During the interview, she admitted to suffering from panic attacks for years.

“I was really, really young and I remember feeling like I couldn't breathe and ran into my mom and like, 'Mom I can't breathe. Something must be wrong,'" she said.

“She, of course, took me to a bunch of doctors just to make sure I was all okay physically and I was. No one ever told me that I had anxiety."

For Jenner, the symptoms went away for a while. But “maybe three or four years ago it came back completely full-on."

Now, Jenner’s using her platform to shed light on anxiety and remind her fans they’re not alone.

During her “How I Am, Really,” video (which you can watch here), she revealed exactly how she’s been coping during the lockdown.

“For me, I have some really good days where I wake up in the morning and I’ll make a list of things that I want to get done — whether that be work or just around the house. And I’ll, kind of, be super productive," Jenner explained.

"On the days that I don't really have as much going on I tend to get a bit anxious and to calm myself down I'll usually read a book or meditate. I’m off and on, and I will say my bad days aren’t the greatest," she added.

In order to reach more people, the model tagged Kim Kardashian, Hailey Bieber, Justin Bieber, and Jen Atkin to participate in the challenge and discuss how they're feeling and what they're doing to cope during this difficult time.
