Khloé Kardashian Opens Up About Stunning Post-Pregnancy Weight Loss

Despite the controversial relationship rumors that had simmered around the same time as her giving birth to daughter True Thompson, Khloé Kardashian managed to handle her pregnancy and post-pregnancy in a very commendable way, working hard to lose virtually​ all of her baby weight right after giving birth.

Now, the reality star is discussing just what she did to accomplish the massive changes to her body as well as how pregnancy affected her mentality and eating habits as a whole.

During a recent Livestream session for sister Kourtney Kardashian's "Poosh" brand, the recent mother opened up about how the significant weight loss affected her.

"After I had True I lost 50 pounds, or almost 60 pounds, but I, of course, dieted after that. If you’re trying to lose a significant amount of weight, yes, diet and exercise, they go hand-in-hand," she explained to her sister and fans, saying that the combination has led her to reach her goal weight of roughly 150 pounds.


"Now that I’m in my weight vicinity goal — I’m around 150, if it goes up a little, when it goes into the high 140s forties, I’m I’m like, ‘Woo!,” it’s a dream -— when I’m in this world I don’t really watch what I eat," she went on to elaborate.

Although many assume that means that Kardashian operates on an insanely strict diet and exercise regime, she admitted that there is a "balance" in her diet between good and bad, but she never lets it get out of control.

"That doesn’t mean I sit here binge eating bags of chips all day. We have good diets, but I love quesadillas. I love anything True’s eating," she said, adding, "I’m not going to live a miserable life. What if, just what if. You never know if tomorrow’s happening. I would rather put more effort into the gym than the kitchen."

She then detailed her beverage habits, saying, "I’ll have my Snapple iced teas from time to time, but I’m a water drinker."

In regards to food choices, the reality star elaborated on some choice options in her health food arsenal, saying "I love healthy food as well. I love a great salad, I love good fruit… I think I balance it."

"We love to bake at our house, I always have chocolate chip banana bread that’s gluten-free… We eat so many great things but I think my lifestyle is to eat really healthy.choice options in her diet arsenal, saying," she explained of her home cooking situation.
