Aaron Carter Reveals First Photos Of His Newborn Baby Son

Singer Aaron Carter just welcomed his first child with his fiancee, Melanie Martin, and shared a picture of him just minutes after being delivered!

The 'I Want Candy' singer shared the precious photos on Instagram, where he is standing in the hospital room as doctors work on his newborn baby. In the picture, it appears the baby has just been born, and Aaron is getting ready to cut its umbilical cord.

Aaron and Melanie have been updating fans for the past 24 hours after she was admitted to the hospital and started laboring. Turns out, the baby was delivered via C-section -- 13 hours after the labor began. Carter included an emotional message alongside the first photographs, calling his baby his "Prince."

"Emergency C Section after 13 hours of labor but my fiancé is in great health thank you lord and the incredibly sweet loving staff here. Prince is precious I love you son. Your mommy loves you as I drop tears on the phone. This is me cutting his umbilical cord my precious family," Aaron wrote.

He continued, "I’m so proud of you Hunny you did it I Love you with all my heart my beautiful blessings from God."

Aaron admitted on social media he "cried heavy" after seeing his son for the first time while thanking friends and fans for sending well-wishes on Instagram. "Congrats!!! There is no better feeling than meeting your child for the first time," one person wrote. Another added, "Huge congratulations! Prince is beautiful, so happy to hear of his safe arrival."

Carter revealed his fiancee was pregnant back in March. "Watch to see the results," the singer captioned footage of the pregnancy test results. "The first one came out [positive]" he said while walking around the house holding the test in his hands.  In the video, you can hear Martin chiming in, saying, "I don't know what's going on. You can see it?" Carter replied "yeah", adding "because you're pregnant...Here we go!"

As we reported, it hasn't always been perfect for the famous couple, who suffered through a very public split. Unfortunately, Melanie was arrested for domestic violence after an argument amongst the couple allegedly turned violent. At the time, Carter claimed he "tried to defuse the situation," after she allegedly left him with visible scratches and bruises.

The couple has made major headlines in the past year, including in March when they joined the social media website 'OnlyFans' -- which is popular in the adult entertainment industry. They joined under a joint account with a handle that includes both of their names.

"I’m going to be a busy father, for sure. I won’t need a babysitter. I’m going to make a very good father. I’m all about love, give that baby nothing but love," Aaron said about becoming a father. So far, so good!
