Britney Spears' Legal Team SLAMS Her Father, Calling Him A 'Disgrace'

Britney Spears' legal team is slamming her father in new conservatorship documents, calling him a 'disgraced' former conservator of his famous daughter.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, lawyers for Jodi Montgomery -- who is still partially involved in Britney's conservatorship -- are going off on Jamie for acting like he wanted the case to end. In the filing, the team calls Mr. Spears a "disgraced suspended former conservator" who continues to "improperly seek to bolster his reputation at his daughter's expense."

Shockingly, the attorneys don't stop there and describe a number of issues involving Jamie Spears and his attempt to collect from his work with the conservatorship. He is "not such a reasonable person" the document states.

As you know, the conservatorship of Brintey Spears was terminated on November 12, 2021, but a small team was left in charge of her estate to help the pop star transition to handling all of her affairs. One of those issues is the possibility that Britney will sue her father and others involved in the case for financial and other crimes she believes were perpetrated during the 13-year case.

"It became apparent at Mr. Spears' ignominious but necessary and appropriate suspension of the toxic conservatorship he corrupted that because of his dilatory and disorganized production of files (which fail to include his communications concerning the alleged (a) contemporaneous real-time eavesdropping on phones used by Ms. Spears via iCloud mirroring of those phones and (b) placing an illicit listening device in Ms. Spears' bedroom to capture communications," the filing reads.

The legal team continues to SLAM Jamie Spears in the legal documents, saying, "No matter how hard he tries to rewrite history, avoid discovery and his deposition, and avoid the implications of his faithless actions as Conservator, Mr. Spears cannot avoid the stigma and implications of being a disgraced suspended Conservator."

As we've reported, Britney Spears blasted her own family for their involvement in the conservatorship and promises to "expose" them all during an interview with Oprah Winfrey. "Pssss my dad may have started the conservatorship 13 years ago ... but what people don't know is that my mom is the one who gave him the idea !!!!" Britney wrote on IG.

She continued, "I will never get those years back .... she secretly ruined my life ... and yes I will call her and Lou Taylor out on it ... so take your whole 'I have NO IDEA what's going on' attitude and go f--- yourself !!!!"

Following the massive victory in court, Britney's new lawyer -- Matthew Rosengart -- addressed fans waiting outside the courtroom promising to go after everyone involved in the conservatorship case, if Britney wants him to. The firm has hired "litigation" counsel for Britney and this newest document appears to confirm it is a real possibility.

Oh ya, and Britney's mother just arrived in L.A. in an attempt to see her daughter for the Thanksgiving holiday.
