Carrie's photo showed her solo and seated outdoors amid blue skies and a terrace and grass backdrop. The mom of two was showing off her pearly whites as she delivered a stunning smile while flaunting her killer workout body – clingy spandex leggings in electric cobalt blue showed off the rock-hard muscles that are a result of Carrie attempting 7-day-a-week sweat sessions, with a simple black tee matching sneakers as Carrie rocked pigtail bunches and a watch.

Carrie, who has been slammed for promoting her merch amid COVID-19, hadn't even shouted out her Calia by Carrie brand by name – #StayThePath being the clothing line's hashtag, though, did see the star give her company a slight nudge.

It 100% worked.

"Just ordered those leggings! They’re so pretty!😍," one fan wrote.

"Stunning pic!!! Calia is the BEST!!!💙💪🏼" was another comment.

As the third most popular brand after Nike and Under Armour at Dick's Sporting Goods in 2016, Carrie's clothing line is no small-time deal.

Carrie's recent Women's Health interview came with a reveal. The "Drinking Alone" singer divulged a brief starvation period following her 2005 "American Idol" win – reading: "Carrie's getting fat" on online message boards saw the singer let her "haters" become her "motivators," with Carrie beginning to check food labels, log her time on the elliptical, and drop her daily calorie intake to just 800 per day. The average woman needs 2,000 calories a day.

Now admitting a love of microwave burritos amid a mind-blowingly-healthy diet, Carrie is both a health and fitness icon. Sales of "Find Your Path" are also through the roof amid the global pandemic.

Carrie's diet these days is healthy. The mom to 5-year-old Isaiah and 1-year-old Jacob kicks the day off with egg-white or tofu scrambles, berries, Ezekiel bread, and coffee. Lunch can be Tofurky sandwiches with veggies and mustard, with Carrie whipping up a vegan chicken stir-fry for dinner – the Fit52 founder has called herself a "wannabe vegan." Meanwhile, snacks for Carrie can include green smoothies and protein bars.

Carrie will, however, indulge in a glass of wine while watching "The Bachelor" with 2010-married husband Mike Fisher.
