The 49-year-old shares Gia, 20, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 12, with Teresa. He shared with Us Weekly that since he was deported back to Italy two years ago, he has missed milestones in his loved ones’ lives.

Giudice was immediately deported after serving three years in prison for fraud. “I would like to be able to see my children again in our home state, be a part of their lives,” claims Giudice. “Be physically present when they need me and watch them grow up,” he added.

The adult toy distributor also noted that he is not only missing his daughters, he is also dearly missing older loved ones whose time is limited. “I yearn to hold my grandmother in my arms again before the time comes [in which] she is no longer on this Earth,” shares Giudice.

He also pointed out that his mother lives in the U.S as well. “[I want to] be with my mother, my family, to be in the place I have called home since I was a year old.”

On the popular Bravo show, Giudice and Teresa both never thought that he would be deported because he hadn’t lived in Italy since he was a baby. However, he also never took the necessary steps to become a proper U.S. citizen.

Joe’s Daughter’s Often Travel To See Their Dad

As Giudice mentioned, one of the major reasons why he is pushing to enter the states again is because of how far his daughters have to travel to see him in person. “I’m hopeful and pray that I can finally go home in the near future,” he shared via his manager, Dominique Enchinton.

Giudice often meets up with his girls in the Bahamas or other Caribbean islands. Immigration lawyer Jessica M. Cadavid is helping the father of four to make this wish possible. The two have been allegedly working together for a few months.

They plan to file a waiver of inadmissibility, which she broke down for non-legal folks as, “kind of a forgiveness from the United States government.”

In a legal sense, Cadavid states that former President Donald Trump was not open to such requests, but current President Joe Biden’s office just might be! “We are hopeful that this time around, we can take a look at his file with time that has passed from his deportation and the fact that he has a family here, he still has children here.”

On a more dramatic note, fans believe that Giudice is trying to be in ex-wife Teresa’s life again now that she is engaged to Luis Ruelas. Regardless of Juicy Joe’s plan, his attorney has shared that it could take quite some time, “14 months at a minimum” before he gets an answer.

Teresa could be married by then.
